The Simgrade Thera is a high-end load cell pedal set for sim racing on PC, with a load cell in all three pedals, a 200 kg maximum brake load and an all-billet aluminium structure, aimed at drivers who put absolute rigidity and tool-free adjustment first.
Designed, manufactured and assembled in Finland, the Thera runs on stainless steel ball bearings at every major pivot point and uses end stoppers with no metal-to-metal contact, which makes it silent in use and free of lubrication. Its load cell operated, linear-force clutch was the first of its kind on the market.
Key features of the Simgrade Thera pedal set
- Load cell in the brake, throttle and clutch, with a 16-bit signal for extremely high resolution across all three pedals.
- 200 kg brake load cell measuring up to 110 kg of applied pedal force, with Simgrade's own elastomer for an extremely progressive feel.
- Simulation of the brake pad to disc gap and of brake system pressure build-up from the moment the pads bite.
- 16 brake stiffness settings (8 elastomers + 8 springs) and 12 throttle settings, all without tools.
- Zero lateral play at the pedal arms thanks to the guided design with ball bearings, guided springs and FEA analysis.
- Super-narrow design with 35 cm of cable on every pedal, so pedal-to-pedal spacing is entirely up to you.
- Calibration software with non-linear response curves, adjustable dead zones and profile save and load.

Two-pedal or three-pedal set?
The Thera comes in two configurations sharing the same mechanics, electronics and software: Throttle and Brake, the two-pedal set for formula and GT cars that do not need a foot clutch, and Throttle and Brake + Clutch, which adds the Thera clutch pedal with linear force for rally, standing starts and classic cars. The 200 kg brake and the 16-bit signal are identical on both.

Frequently asked questions
Are the Simgrade Thera pedals compatible with PS5 or Xbox?
Natively they work on PC (Windows). PS4, PS5 and Xbox One need a Drive Hub adapter, and PS5 also requires an aftermarket pad controller connected to the adapter.
How much brake force does the Thera handle?
The brake pedal uses a 200 kg load cell measuring up to 110 kg of applied pedal force. Stiffness is set with 8 elastomers and 8 springs, with no tools required.
What is the difference between the two-pedal and three-pedal set?
The three-pedal set adds the linear-force clutch with load cell. The mechanics, the 200 kg brake, the 16-bit signal and the software are identical on both configurations.
How do they mount and how much space do they take?
Each pedal is fixed with 4 M6 bolts on an 80 × 24 mm pattern. The design is super-narrow and the 35 cm cable on each pedal lets you set the spacing you prefer.
Do they need maintenance?
No. They run on stainless steel ball bearings and require no lubrication. There is no metal-to-metal contact at the end stoppers, so operation stays silent. Backed by a 5-year warranty.
