The Simgrade VX-PRO is a load cell pedal set for sim racing on PC, with a load cell in all three pedals, a 200 kg brake with an adjustable dual stage feel and stainless steel ball bearings at every pivot point, aimed at drivers who want fast mechanical adjustment without stepping up to flagship pricing.

The result of three years of development, the VX-PRO brings together what Simgrade learned with the R7 and the Thera in a compact, narrow-base package. It is designed, manufactured and assembled 100% in Finland, with sealed bearings and load cells that make it maintenance free: dust has no effect on performance.

Two-pedal or three-pedal set?

The VX-PRO comes in two configurations sharing the same mechanics and electronics: Throttle and Brake, the two-pedal set for formula and GT cars that do not need a foot clutch, and Throttle and Brake + Clutch, which adds the VX-PRO clutch pedal with its two profile plates for rally, standing starts and classic cars. The 200 kg brake and every adjustment are identical on both.

Do the Simgrade VX-PRO pedals work on PS5 or Xbox?

Natively they work on PC. Consoles need a Drive Hub adapter, which bridges the pedals' control box and the console.

What is the dual stage brake?

The brake pedal combines two resistances that are adjusted freely and independently: a softer first phase and a firm second stage. You choose the percentage at which the second stage kicks in, which helps a lot with trail braking.

How much brake force do they handle?

The load cell is rated at 200 kg and allows up to 90 kg of braking force from the foot. Stiffness is changed across four mechanical settings and through spring preload.

How do they compare with the Thera and the R7?

The VX-PRO takes technology from both in a more compact package with faster cold adjustment. The Thera uses a 200 kg brake measuring up to 110 kg of pedal force with a 5-year warranty; the VX-PRO reaches 90 kg of foot force with a 2-year warranty.

Do they need maintenance?

No. They use load cells and sealed bearings, so dust has no effect on performance and nothing needs lubricating.
